Kim Shortt is the Principal Broker of TW Shortt Realty, LLC and has spent most of her life in the real estate and property management industry. Growing up in a family deeply involved in real estate, she assumed management of the family’s property management business more than twenty years ago and has continued to expand its reputation for professionalism and dependable service throughout the region.

Kim is a graduate of the Louisville School of Business and Banking program and previously worked in the banking and credit union industry before entering her current leadership role. Today, she oversees a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties from the company’s office at 320 Joan Avenue in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her experience in finance, property operations, tenant relations, and long-term asset management has made her a respected leader in the local real estate community.
